Thoughtfully made visuals that work across screens, formats and timelines.

Why Uberdoodles?

I chose the name back in 2004, long before ride share apps or designer dogs were part of the conversation. It started as a portfolio to showcase my evolving mix of traditional skills like illustration and photography blended with emerging digital tools as animation and video became more accessible.

Over time, it grew into something more practical. Clients started coming to me because I could handle a project from early concept through final delivery. After years of freelancing alongside full time work, Uberdoodles became my full time focus in 2024.

The name still fits. Playful, visual, a little unexpected. Just like the work I love.

Why choose Uberdoodles?

Uberdoodles is intentionally small. I work directly with clients from start to finish, which means fewer handoffs, clearer communication, and better creative decisions.

I like to get involved early, understand the problem, and then choose the right tools for the job. Sometimes that means motion graphics, sometime photography. I might use illustration, typography, or all of the above.

The process is collaborative, practical, and focused on what works best.

Services

Strategic visual content for brands, agencies, and organizations that need their ideas to land clearly.

Motion

Video production, editing, motion graphics

I have been thinking in frames per second for over twenty years. When something can be captured with a camera, I shoot it. When it can’t, I build it with graphics, type, 3D, or even clay. Whatever tools works best to make the concept clear.

That might mean a longer form video to explain a concept, or a few seconds designed to to stop the scroll and make a point.

Pictures

Photography, illustration, design

Commercial photography was my main profession for a decade. I know which lens and light to choose whether I’m shooting a product, portrait, lifestyle or landscape.

But drawing is how I first learned to communicate ideas, and remains an important part of my process. Sometimes that means illustration as the final output, other times it is a sketch that leads to a photo or a design.

Design is what brings all my work together. It shapes not just how images look, but how they function.

More

Creative direction, consulting, encouragement

I used to believe the work should speak for itself. Experience taught me otherwise. Clear thinking and clear language make better visuals.

I help shape ideas before a production begins, guide performances on set, and keep projects moving. I am comfortable talking through problems and finding the words that unlock the right visual approach.

Yup, I talk good. Sometimes even fancy.

I want to hear from you.

Let’s make something amazing, and maybe a little unexpected, together.
